Overlooking the longest river in Scotland – The River Tay, our bespoke BBQ cabin rests on land where the great William Wallace marched to seek refuge at Lindores Abbey. Custom built in 2020, the unique cosy cabin design allows guests to relax by the open fire while our professional chef prepares and cooks locally sourced produce.

Our Scottish menu can include our homebred Lindores Lamb and other seasonal, honest ingredients from local Scottish producers.
Neighbouring Lindores Abbey Distillery, the birthplace of Scotch Whisky collaborate with us to provide whisky & wine pairing to match guests menu choices.
